בתוקף סמכותי לפי סעיף 542 לחוק השיפוט הצבאי, תשט״ו–1955, אני מתקין תקנות אלה:
1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה, ”קצין משטרה צבאי“ – מי שנתמנה לפי פקודות הצבא להיות קצין משטרה צבאי.
2. חובת מתן טביעת אצבעות
מי שהוטל עליו מאסר על תנאי, חייב לתת את טביעת אצבעותיו משנדרש לכך על ידי קצין משטרה צבאי.
3. השם
לתקנות אלה ייקרא ”תקנות השיפוט הצבאי (מתן טביעת אצבעות), תשכ״ח–1968“.
