תיקון: תשל״ב
שר הבטחון ממונה על ביצוע חוק זה, והוא רשאי להתקין תקנות בכל ענין הנוגע לביצועו ובלבד שלא יתקין תקנות בדבר סדרי הדין בבתי הדין הצבאיים אלא בהסכמת שר המשפטים.
