5. זכאי שנפטר
נפטר אדם הזכאי לקבלת אות המערכה ברצועת הביטחון בלבנון לפי תקנה 3, לפני הענקת האות, יימסר האות לשאר בשרו הקרוב ביותר, כהגדרתו בסעיף 6(ב) לחוק.
