”עשבים רעים“ פירושו – עשבים רעים כמפורט בסעיף 1 לצו ההגנה על הצומח (מחלות ומגפות) (עשבים רעים), תשי״ג–1953;
”פסולת“ פירושו – כל הנשאר מדגנים או זרעים לאחר שנבררו.
