2. הפצת פסולת
(א)לא יחסין אדם פסולת ולא יעבירה ממקום למקום, אלא אם נתקיימו בה אחד משני אלה:
(1)נארזה באריזה השומרת בפני פיזור;
(2)הושמד כוח נביטתם של זרעי העשבים הרעים שבה על ידי טחינה או באופן אחר.
(ב)לא יאכיל אדם בעלי חיים פסולת ולא יפזרה, אלא אם השמיד את כוח נביטתם של זרעי העשבים הרעים שבה כאמור בתקנת משנה (א)(2).
(ג)לא יוציא אדם קומביין או מכונה חקלאית אחרת מתחום רשות מקומית, אלא אם נוקו מפסולת תחילה.
