1. הודעה על תפיסת עזים
תפס מפקח עז שרעתה בניגוד לסעיף 3 לחוק ואין בידי המלווה אותה היתר לפי סעיף 4 או 5 לחוק או שחרג מתנאי ההיתר, יודיע על כך לממונה שנתמנה בהתאם לסעיף 7 לחוק (להלן – הממונה).
