8. הוראות כלליות לגבי החלת החוק המתקן
נכה שהיה זכאי לגימלה לפי פרק ו׳2 לחוק בתכוף לפני תאריך התחילה –
(1)לא ייקבע לו ”תאריך קובע“ חדש בהתאם להוראות החדשות;
(2)כל עוד לא ניתנה החלטה בהתאם לסעיפים 127כז או 127כח לחוק, כנוסחם מתאריך התחילה, יראו, ממועד תחילת החוק לגביו, החלטה שניתנה בהתאם לסעיפים 127כז או 127ל לחוק, כנוסחם לפני תאריך התחילה, כאילו ניתנה לפי לסעיפים 127כז או 127כח לחוק, כנוסחם מתאריך התחילה, ובלבד שלא תישלל זכאותו לגימלה בשל הוראה זו בלבד.
