5. הסכם אחר שענינו בעיקר מתן שירות לגבי נכס
לגבי הסכם אחר שענינו מתן שירות לגבי נכס – יבוא המחזיק בנכס במקום המדינה לגבי כל הזכויות לפי ההסכם כאמור; לענין זה – ”מתן שירות לגבי נכס“ – לרבות שירותי חשמל, מים ותקשורת בנכס; נקבע צו לפי סעיף 52(ב) או (ג) לחוק, יועברו למדינה כל הזכויות לפי ההסכמים הנוגעים למקרקעין כאמור.
