6. הסכם אחר לרכישת נכס שלא היה של רשות הנמלים
לגבי הסכם אחר לרכישת נכס שלא היה של רשות הנמלים ביום התחילה, ואשר נועד לשמש בעיקר נמל – תבוא חברת הנמל שהוסמכה להפעיל נמל זה במקום המדינה לגבי כל הזכויות לפי ההסכם כאמור.
