1. גמול והוצאות לחבר הועדה הציבורית
תיקון: תש״ס
(א)בעד השתתפות בישיבת הועדה הציבורית לקביעת שיעור יחידת המימון (להלן – הועדה), ישלם אוצר המדינה גמול בסך – 1,200 שקלים חדשים.
(ב)גמול ההשתתפות כולל את כל ההוצאות שהיו לחבר הועדה בקשר להשתתפותו בישיבה.
(ג)גמול ההשתתפות ישולם לחבר הועדה על פי הודעה מאת יושב ראש הועדה לחשב הכנסת, לא יאוחר מ־30 ימים מיום ההודעה.
