7. השתלמות
מי שקיבל תעודת הכרה לפי סעיף 40 לחוק יעבור מזמן לזמן השתלמות במוסד לימודים מוכר בנושאים הקשורים לתחומי עבודתו של בודק השכר המוסמך ונחוצים לשמירה על כשירותו המקצועית; המנהל, בהתייעצות עם ועדת המקצוע, יורה על נושאי ההשתלמויות ועל מועדיהן, ובלבד שהשתלמויות כאמור ייערכו בכל פעם שבה יש שינוי מהותי בנושאים הקשורים לתחומי עבודתו ולכשירותו של בודק השכר המוסמך, לרבות שינויים בדין או שינויים במבנה מערכות השכר.
