7. דין וחשבון
במשך חודש ינואר בכל שנה יגיש המלווה לשר דין וחשבון על השנה החולפת, ובו יפרט את המשכנתאות שנרשמו לזכותו לצורך החוק במשרד ספרי האחוזה ואת מצב התשלומים על חשבון המשכנתאות כאמור.
