1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”המנהל“ – ראש תחום נזקי טבע במשרד החקלאות או עובד אחר של משרד החקלאות שמינה שר החקלאות לענין תקנות אלה;
”הועדה“ – הועדה שהוקמה לפי תקנה 2;
”מועצה חקלאית“ – מועצה לייצור ושיווק תוצרת חקלאית שהוקמה לפי חוק או שהתאגדה כחברה;
”נכס מסוג 1“ – נכס כאמור בפסקה (1) שבהגדרת ”נזק“ בסעיף 1 לחוק;
”נכס מסוג 2“ – נכס כאמור בפסקה (2) שבהגדרת ”נזק“ בסעיף 1 לחוק;
”הקרן“ – הקרן לביטוח נזקי טבע בחקלאות בע״מ.
