Section 2 of תקנות פיצוי נפגעי אסון טבע (קביעת זכאות לפיצויים ושיעורם), התשנ״ב–1991, ועדת זכאות לפיצויים לנפגעי אסון טבע.
2. ועדת זכאות לפיצויים לנפגעי אסון טבע
(א)תוקם ועדה לקביעת הזכאות לפיצויים עקב אסון טבע ושיעורם; חברי הועדה יהיו המנהל והוא יכהן כיושב ראש, ונציג שר האוצר ונציג שר המשפטים שימונו מבין עובדי משרדיהם.
(ב)הועדה תהיה רשאית להזמין לדיוניה נציגים של הקרן ושל המועצה החקלאית שהנכס הניזוק הוא בתחום פעילותה, ובמקרה שלדעת חברי הועדה יהיה צורך בכך – גם נציג רשות מקומית באזור שבו התרחש אסון הטבע.
(ג)החלטות הועדה יתקבלו ברוב דעות.
