קיבלה הרשות הודעה מרשות מקרקעי ישראל על קיומה של קרקע זמינה שניתן להקים עליה מיזם, תפרסם בשני עיתונים נפוצים בשפה העברית ובעיתון נפוץ אחד בשפה הערבית ובאתר האינטרנט שלה, הזמנה להגיש לה בקשות להכיר במיזם ולקבל את המלצתה להקצאת מקרקעין בעבורו (להלן – הזמנה).
