Section 4 of כללי הרשות לפיתוח הנגב (מיזמים חקלאיים–תיירותיים משולבים), התשע״ז–2017, הגשת בקשה להקצאת מקרקעין למיזם.
4. הגשת בקשה להקצאת מקרקעין למיזם
(א)בקשה להכיר במיזם ולקבל את המלצת הרשות להקצאת מקרקעין בעבורו (להלן – הבקשה) תוגש עד המועד שקבעה הרשות בהזמנה, ובלבד שמועד זה לא יפחת מ־60 ימים ממועד פרסום ההזמנה ולא יעלה על 90 ימים מהמועד האמור; בקשה כאמור תהיה מוגשת על ידי יחיד או זוג (להלן – המבקש), ובלבד שהתקיימו בשני בני הזוג התנאים המפורטים בכללים אלה לשם הגשת הבקשה.
(ב)טופס לדוגמה של הבקשה יימצא ברשות ובאתר האינטרנט של הרשות.
