27. מפרטים למקלט
(א)לא תאשר רשות מוסמכת תכנית להתקנת מקלט או להגדלתו אלא אם התכנית מתאימה למפרטים הטכניים ולמפרטים אחרים שנקבעו בתקנות, דרך כלל, לסוג מקלטים או למקלט מסוים.
(ב)ראש הג״א יקבע מזמן לזמן, ברשימה שתופקד במפקדתו, יישובים שייראו כיישובים קדמיים כמשמעותם בתקנות; יישוב שלא נקבע כאמור ייראה כיישוב עורפי לענין התקנות.
