6. הודעה על ביצוע פעולה
(א)החליט מנהל הרשות הממשלתית לפעול לפי סמכויותיו בסעיפים 2, 3 או 5, ימסור על כך הודעה למפיק או לבעל הבאר, לפי העניין, לפחות 48 שעות מראש.
(ב)נמסרה למפיק או לבעל הבאר הודעה לפי סעיף קטן (א), יאפשר המפיק או בעל הבאר, לפי העניין, למנהל הרשות הממשלתית לבצע את הפעולות שפורטו בהודעה ויהיה נוכח בביצוען, בעצמו או באמצעות נציגו.
