3ב. תנאים לעריכת הסדר תשלום תמלוגים
תיקון: תשס״ב
מקבל אישור רשאי לפנות לועדה בבקשה לעריכת הסדר תשלום תמלוגים, אם נתקיימו בו התנאים המפורטים להלן:
(1)הוא חברה גדולה ועתירת מו״פ;
(2)שיעור ההחזר הממוצע שלו בשל כל תכניותיו המאושרות אינו נמוך מ־65% מחוב התמלוגים המשוערך.
