תיקון: תשס״ב
מקבל האישור כאמור בתקנה 3ב המבקש לערוך הסדר תשלום תמלוגים יגיש לועדה תחזית מכירות והכנסות מפורטת של כל המוצרים שפיתחה החברה במסגרת כל התכניות המאושרות; תחזית המכירות וההכנסות כאמור תכלול פירוט בנוגע לכל אחד מהמוצרים.
