3. שימוש באמצעי תקשורת
(א)המועצה רשאית, במקרים חריגים ועל פי החלטת היושב ראש, לקיים ישיבות על ידי שימוש בכל אמצעי תקשורת, ובלבד שכל חברי המועצה המשתתפים יוכלו לשמוע זה את זה בו־זמנית.
(ב)התקיימה ישיבה כאמור בתקנת משנה (א), יכנס היושב ראש את המועצה על פי בקשה בכתב של שניים לפחות מחבריה לדיון בנושא הישיבה.
