4. ועדות חקירה
במידה שועדת חקירה שנתמנתה בהתאם לתקנות עובדי ממשלת ארץ־ישראל (ועדות חקירה), תש״ח–1948, תמשיך לפעול אחרי היכנס חוק זה לתקפו, יחולו גם עליה, בשינויים המתאימים, הוראות הסעיף 3(ה) ו־(ז) לחוק זה, לגבי עובדי ממשלה ושוטרים שטרם עברו את הבדיקה ואשר נתעוררו ביחס אליהם ספקות לגבי סגולותיהם לשרת את המדינה.
