3. הגבלה על העברת פרדסים.
לא תירשם בכל פנקס מפנקסי המדינה או הממשלה, בלי הסכמת שר האוצר בכתב, כל העברה – כמשמעותה בפקודת העברת קרקעות – לגבי פרדס, אלא אם הוכח להנחת דעתה של הרשות הרושמת כי –
(1)לא ניתן מילווה בשביל אותו פרדס לפי חוק זה, או
(2)מילווה שניתן כאמור נפרע במלואו.
