4. תחולתה של פקודת המסים (גבייה)
הוראות פקודת המסים (גבייה) (בסעיף זה ”הפקודה“) יחולו על גביית כל סכום המגיע למדינת ישראל בקשר למילווה שניתן לפי חוק זה, כאילו היה מס כמשמעותו בפקודה. אולם סכום המגיע כאמור מאת הממונה על רכוש האויב, אין לגבותו, לפי אותן הוראות, אלא מן הפרדס שבשבילו ניתן המילווה ומיבולו, וביחס לסכום כזה יחולו הוראות סעיף 12 לפקודה על אותו פרדס בלבד.
