5. התחיבויות, הצהרות וכו׳
(א)בעל פרדס המבקש או המקבל מילווה לפי חוק זה יחתום על התחיבויות, הצהרות, או מסמכים אחרים, ככל אשר יידרש על ידי שר האוצר.
(ב)מי שמסר ביודעים הודעה כוזבת או מטעה לגבי כל פרט חשוב במסמך חתום בידו לפי סעיף קטן (א), דינו – מאסר עד שנה אחת או קנס עד 500.- לירות או שני הענשים כאחד.
