הוראות סעיפים 8, 63א1 ו־71א לחוק שירות המדינה (גמלאות) וסעיף 5 לחוק שירות הקבע (גמלאות), כנוסחם בסימן זה, יחולו על גמלאי שפרש מהשירות ביום תחילתו של חוק זה ואילך.
