1. שכר בעד שירותים נוטריוניים הניתנים בבית המשפט
מינה שר המשפטים עובד המדינה הממלא תפקיד בבית משפט, לפי סעיף 50 לחוק הנוטריונים, תשל״ו–1976, להשתמש בסמכויות נוטריון, יגבה אוצר המדינה בעד השירותים שאותו עובד יתן מכח מינויו, את השכר שנקבע למתן שירותים אלה בתקנות הנוטריונים (שכר שירותים), תשל״ז–1977.
