50. מילוי מקום נוטריון
בתחום של רשות מקומית שבו בית־משפט שלום ואין בו משרד נוטריון, רשאי שר המשפטים למנות עובד המדינה הממלא תפקיד באותו בית־משפט להשתמש בסמכויות נוטריון, כולן או מקצתן, ודין פעולה שנעשתה בידי עובד המדינה מכוח סמכויות אלה כדין פעולה של נוטריון.
