38. הזדהות יוזם תשלום לפני מנהל חשבון התשלום למשלם
מנהל חשבון תשלום למשלם ייתן ליוזם התשלום גישה לחשבון התשלום של המשלם באמצעות מערכת ממשק למתן הוראות תשלום לפי סעיף 35, ובלבד שיוזם התשלום הזדהה לפני מנהל חשבון התשלום למשלם בהתאם להוראות שקבע מאסדר מנהל חשבון התשלום למשלם לפי סעיף 41(א)(2).
