83. הוראת שעה
לעניין מאגד בתקופה של שנתיים מיום התחילה, ואם דחה השר את המועד לפי סעיף 80(ב)(2) – בתקופה שמיום התחילה ועד תום המועד שקבע השר לפי אותו סעיף –
(1)הנוסח שולב בסעיף 28(א) לחוק כהוראת שעה;
(2)הנוסח שולב בחוק הבנקאות (שירות ללקוח), התשמ״א–1981 כהוראת שעה.
