9. פיקוח על בעל רישיון שהחליט על חיסול עסקיו או נקלע לחדלות פירעון או פירוק
(א)בעל רישיון שניתן לגביו צו לפתיחת הליכים לפי חוק חדלות פירעון, שהחליט על פירוקו מרצון או על חיסול עסקיו, דרך כלל או בתחום עיסוק מסוים, או שנפתחו בעניינו הליכי פירוק, בין ביוזמתו ובין שלא ביוזמתו, יודיע על כך לרשות בלא דיחוי.
(ב)הוראות סעיף 8 יחולו גם על בעל רישיון כאמור בסעיף קטן (א), בשינויים המחויבים.
