23. עלויות העתקת קו תשתית
(א)הגוף המבצע יישא בעלויות העתקת קו תשתית במסגרת מיזם תשתית, אלא אם כן הגוף המבצע וגוף התשתית שקו התשתית בהחזקתו, הסכימו אחרת.
(ב)בלי לגרוע מהוראות סעיף 18(ג)(2), שר האוצר, לאחר התייעצות עם השר הממונה על סוג קו תשתית, רשאי לפרסם באתר האינטרנט של משרד האוצר מחירון מוצע לרכיבים ולפעולות הדרושים לשם ביצוע עבודות העתקת קו תשתית כאמור, במסגרת מיזם תשתית.
