24. שדרוג קו תשתית
(א)ביקש גוף תשתית כי במסגרת העתקת קו תשתית בקשר עם מיזם תשתית ייערך שדרוג של קו התשתית, יאפשר הגוף המבצע את שדרוג קו התשתית, אלא אם כן סבר כי בשל ביצוע השדרוג ייגרם עיכוב משמעותי בקידום מיזם התשתית.
(ב)גוף התשתית יישא בעלויות שדרוג קו התשתית כאמור בסעיף זה.
