45. חובת הצגת תעודה
קברניט חייב להציג תעודה בין־לאומית למניעת זיהום בשמן –
(1)בנמל בישראל:
(א)לפני מפקח כמשמעותו בסעיף 6 לפקודת מניעת זיהום מי הים, לשם עריכת ביקורת בדבר קיומה ותוקפה של תעודה כאמור;
(ב)לפני מפקח כלי שיט כמשמעותו בתקנות הבטיחות, לכל דבר וענין;
(ג)לפני מנהל הנמל.
(2)בנמל במדינת חוץ – לפי דרישת רשויות אותה מדינה המוסמכות לדרוש הצגת התעודה.
