49. אחריות חבר־בני־אדם
נעברה עבירה לפי תקנות אלה בידי חבר־בני־אדם, ייאשם בעבירה גם כל מי שבשעת ביצוע העבירה היה חבר פעיל, מנהל או פקיד אחראי של אותו חבר, ובשותפות – מי שהיה אותה שעה שותף בה, למעט שותף מוגבל, אם לא הוכיחו אחד מאלה:
(1)העבירה נעברה שלא בידיעתם;
(2)הם נקטו בכל האמצעים הנאותים להבטחת קיומן של תקנות אלה.
