5. הובלת מי נטל במכלי דלק
(א)לא ישיט אדם כלי שיט המכיל מי נטל במכלי דלק, זולת אם סיבות הכרוכות בבטיחות כלי השיט מחייבות הובלה כאמור.
(ב)הושט כלי שיט המכיל מי נטל במכלי דלק, כאמור בתקנת משנה (א), ירשום זאת הקברניט בפנקס השמן של כלי השיט בציון נימוקיו לפעולה כאמור.
