51. חקירה
הפרת הוראות תקנה 4 ותקנה 2(א) ו־(ב) תיבדק בחקירה שתכלול במיוחד את תנאי הרוח והים ואת המסלול והמהירות של כלי השיט או המכלית, מקורות אפשריים אחרים לעקבות שמן הנראים לעין בסביבה, וכל רישום השייך לענין הרקת שמן.
