1. חובת התקשרות
מגדל אגוזי אדמה יתקשר בכתב עם קבלן מורשה אחד לשם שיווק כל יבול אגוזי אדמה משטחי מזרע שהוא זרע או עומד לזרוע בשנה כלשהי; ההתקשרות תהיה לשיווק בעמילות או במחיר קבוע.
