2. מועד התקשרות
מגדל שחובת ההתקשרות חלה עליו כאמור בסעיף 1, יתקשר עם הקבלן המורשה שבחר בו, מיד לאחר שיסיים את זריעת אגוזי אדמה, אולם לא יאוחר מיום 7 בחודש יולי באותה שנה.
