Section 4 of כללי המועצה לייצור ולשיווק של אגוזי־אדמה (כללים בדבר התקשרות לענין שיווק), תשל״ב–1972, חובה למסור את היבול.
4. חובה למסור את היבול
(א)מגדל ימסור לקבלן המורשה שאתו התקשר את כל יבולו, כאמור בסעיף 1, כעבור שבעה ימים מיום סיום הדיש, אך לא יאוחר מיום 1 בנובמבר של אותה שנה, ובלבד שהוא רשאי, על פי היתר בכתב מהמועצה, להשאיר ברשותו אגוזי אדמה לתצרוכת עצמית בכמות שצויינה בהיתר.
(ב)מגדל הרוצה לקבל היתר לפי סעיף קטן (א) יפנה למועצה בכתב, לא יאוחר מארבעה עשר יום לפני היום שעליו למסור את היבול לקבלן המורשה.
