16. מועד האישור
(א)אישור כאמור בתקנה 14(א) יינתן תוך שלושים יום מן התאריך בו נתקבלו תוצאות הבחינות.
(ב)אישור על פי הוראות סעיף 33 לחוק או אישור מינוי שהחליטה עליו ועדת ערר ייעשה תוך מועד סביר.
