1. תשלום דמי ביטוח בריאות מדמי פגיעה
שילם מעביד לעובדו, בשם המוסד, דמי פגיעה כמשמעותם בפרק ג׳ לחוק הביטוח הלאומי, ינכה המוסד את דמי ביטוח הבריאות מדמי הפגיעה המשתלמים למעביד והמעביד ינכה את דמי ביטוח הבריאות מכל תשלום המגיע ממנו לעובד.
