2. הגשת ערר
(א)העורר ימסור לועדה, או ישלח בדואר רשום, לפי מענה שפורסם ברשומות, כתב הערר בשני טפסים.
(ב)היה מענה של הועדה בבית משפט, יימסר כתב הערר במשרד הרשום של אותו בית משפט.
