3. פרטי הערר
בכתב הערר יפורטו:
(1)שמו של העורר, תיאורו, משלח ידו, מענו והמען למסירת מסמכים;
(2)תכנו של הצו שעליו עוררים;
(3)התאריך שבו ניתן הצו וכן התאריך שבו הגיע הצו לידיעתו של העורר;
(4)נימוקי הערר, לרבות נימוקים משפטיים, כל נימוק בפסקה מיוחדת ובקיצור;
(5)הסעד המבוקש על ידי העורר.
