2. רשיון לנטיעת טבק והיתר להובלתו
(א)רשיון לנטיעת טבק לפי סעיף 3 לפקודה יהא ערוך בטופס מס׳ 2 שבתוספת.
(ב)היתר להובלת טבק לפי סעיף 16 לפקודה יהא ערוך בטופס מס׳ 3 שבתוספת.
