6. ערר על הוראת שחיטה
(א)ניתנה לאדם הוראת שחיטה, רשאי הוא לערור עליה בפני מנהל השירותים הוטרינריים תוך שבעה ימים מהיום בו נמסרה במען מגוריו או במשקו.
(ב)ערר אדם על הוראת שחיטה בהתאם להוראות תקנת משנה (א), יידחה ביצוע הוראת השחיטה עד למועד שיחליט עליו מנהל השירותים הוטרינריים.
