8. העברת בקר נגוע או חשוד כנגוע במחלה
(א)לא יעביר אדם בקר, לא ירשה, לא יסייע ולא יאפשר העברת בקר, נגוע או חשוד כנגוע במחלה, ממקום הימצאו למקום אחר, אלא אם נתן רופא וטרינרי ממשלתי היתר להעברת הבקר ובתנאים שנקבעו בהיתר (להלן – היתר העברה).
(ב)היתר העברה לפי תקנה משנה (א) יינתן בטופס מס׳ 2 שבתוספת.
