בנוסף לתוספות לסכום הערבות המנויות בסעיף 25(א) לחוק, ערב יחיד ערב גם לדמי ניהול חשבון עובר ושב, דמי גוביינא, פרמיות ביטוח ואגרות המוטלות לפי כל דין הנוגעות לחיוב.
