33. נקיטת פעולות באירוע פגיעה במים
(א)ספק מים או ספק מים בחירום שמנהל הרשות הממשלתית הכריז על אירוע פגיעה במים בתחומם, יפעלו לפי תוכנית ההיערכות שלהם, ובהעדר תוכנית היערכות – לפי הוראות שנתן להם מנהל הרשות הממשלתית.
(ב)על אף האמור בסעיף קטן (א), קיבלו ספק מים או ספק מים בחירום צו – יפעלו לפי הקבוע בצו.
