34. קבלת עמדה טרם הוצאת צו
הוכרז על אירוע פגיעה במים וסבר מנהל הרשות הממשלתית שיש להוציא צו לאדם הנוגע לאירוע פגיעה במים, יקבל את עמדתו טרם הוצאת הצו, ככל האפשר ובשים לב לדחיפות שבהוצאת הצו.
